The Hurricane itself has a "Impact Head" (see attached image) which is a integrated ball and stick eliminating the chasing of balls.

No,the product does not come with balls.There is an attached ball that is a part of the "arm" that swings around.

No balls are necessary with this product.

This doesn't need balls. This is an entire standalone system

At the end of the "stick" is a hard ball. It is the same type as if at the batting cages. Don't use your game bat on it. Buy a cheap metal bat or a wood bat do not to ruin an expensive game bat.

Not with baseballs or softballs, but if you have ever seen a boom stick it is just like that except you don&#39;t have to hold it.

It is used as a coaching aid for any age group beyond T-Ball. It has an easy reset so you don't need to chase baseballs all day while you are practicing.

I would say 7 yrs old thru adult. It adjusts height and how fast the "ball" returns by placement of bands and number if bands you use.

My 4 year old and 8 year old have used it and it has worked wonders on both of them. I would think it should still be useful for the next for years with my 8 year old as well.
